Holoss is a healthcare development project initiated by S.C. OLD CARE ANGEL S.R.L., the company operating under the well-established brand “Centrul Medical Maria” – the largest private hospital in the Brașov region. On this land, the Centrul Medical Maria building is already constructed, with an estimated value of EUR 3.7 million. The building is currently in the process of being registered in the land book.

Investors are offered an annual yield of 18% over a 24-month term. Interest is paid monthly.
