Investors are offered the chance to co-finance the acquisition with an additional 189,180 EUR. The apartments are set to be sold within the 6-month loan period, generating ample profit to cover the investments of both North Bucharest Investments group and the participating investors. The beneficiary company holds assets worth over 3 million EUR. This company will take responsibility in case of default with its assets.
