The beneficiary of this crowdfunding campaign is North Bucharest Investments Group, which is purchasing 32 apartments, 2 penthouses, and 10 parking spaces in the PRIMA Vista project, valued at €4,500,000, and has already committed to the deal with a down payment of €792,000. Investors are offered the chance to co-finance the acquisition with an additional 208,000 EUR. The apartments are set to be sold within the 12-month loan period, generating ample profit to cover the investments of both North Bucharest Investments group and the participating investors. The loan is backed by a corporate guarantee from a company within the North Bucharest Investments group, which holds assets worth over 3 million EUR. This company will take responsibility in case of default with its assets.
