Investors are offered the chance to co-finance the acquisition with an additional 123,586 EUR. The apartments are set to be sold within the 12-month loan period, generating ample profit to cover the investments of both North Bucharest Investments group and the participating investors. The beneficiary company will take responsibility in case of default with its assets.
