The beneficiary of this crowdfunding campaign is VZ Ideal Home Solutions SRL, a company of the North Bucharest Investments Group, which is purchasing 19 studios in the Ivory Residence project developed by Butlers Walsall SRL, valued at 1,554,100 EUR, and has already committed to the deal with a down payment of 310,820 EUR.
Investors are offered the chance to co-finance the acquisition with an additional 189,180 EUR. The apartments are set to be sold within the 12-month loan period, generating ample profit to cover the investments of both North Bucharest Investments group and the participating investors. The beneficiary company holds assets worth over 3 million EUR. This company will take responsibility in case of default with its assets.
